**Responsibilities**:.Supports the Engagement Manager with the planning and execution of employee engagement related activities in APAC..Contributes to the design and planning of engagement activities in alignment with global guidelines and localized for APAC..Executes engagement activities in the areas of: Recognition, WebHealth, Celebrations, Diversity & Inclusion, Colleague voice..Executes and analyses results for employee sentiment measurements, in the form of Your Call survey, Heartbeat Survey and Wow pulse survey..Develops a localized employee engagement playbook and employee handbook..Oversees internal communications and ensures communications go out on time..Executes on the redesign and reorganization of the WISE content for APAC..Supports the training and coaching of managers and team leads on team engagement through a variety of one to one sessions and group trainings / discussions..Builds a quality relationship with internal customers (people leaders and individual contributors), with the purpose of providing a smoother employee experience for all..Hears directly from people on the ground on sentiments and views, and incorporates feedback in planning the way forward..Establish a playbook and train PICs for those working with people in Tier 2 & 3 cities and those that relocate in terms of engagement.**Requirements**:.Possessing a Bachelor's Degree is preferable..Proven work experience as Specialist..Minimum 2 years in People Development and Engagement, preferably in the Business Process Outsourcing industry..Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, be innovative and willing to take risks, be welcoming to change, and be proactive and self-motivated working under mínimal supervision..Proven ability to work with mínimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances..Ability to interact effectively with clients and all levels of the Company personnel..Evidence of the practice of high level of confidentiality and integrity..Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments..Fosters teamwork and collaboration, contributes to a positive work environment for team members..Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, resolve conflict, influence, and motivate others..Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping..Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
