Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential safety and environmental hazards.
Provide training programs and awareness sessions to employees on safety protocols, health standards, and environmental best practices.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
Manage administrative tasks related to EHS, including maintaining records, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in addressing findings and observations.
Job Requirements:Possession of a valid competency certification in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) is mandatory.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in environmental safety and health practices is required.
Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards for various industries.
Proficiency in office productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
