Main Task Plan, implement and assess occupational health, safety & environmental protection programs and processes to support the assembly process. Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and policies.Guarantee that all site activities are conducted according to ZF and/or international EHS standards.Design and implement a safety management system; e.g. establish and maintain effective EHS processes for the company.Advise and assist department managers/supervisors with EHS training and track completion.Develop strategies to identify accident trends and initiate new programs to reduce claims.Guarantee compliance with all environmental permit requirements while providing guidance on the impact of environmental regulations on production plans.Prepare, submit and track any permit modification requests.Schedule and conduct risk and safety audits, meetings and inspections on a regular basis.Dealing with JKKP, DOE, and handling Eswis.Prepare and submit relevant required reports to state authorities and ZF and be first ZF contact to government agencies for EHS.Elaborate and provide trainings for new employees.Willing to travel and flexible person. Competencies and experiences Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, environmental science, business or administration.CePSWAM compentency certificate holderCompetent an OSH-CoordinatorAt least 3 years of health & safety field experience in industrial environments.Basic experience with facility environmental compliance issuesStrong knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health standards for Industry.Experience maintaining corporate management standards as well as expertise in EHS management systems (ISO 14001/ISO 45001).Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
