Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)
Must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor. Job Responsibilities :- 1) Familiar with the composition, principle, work flow and requirements of SMT equipment, responsible for the daily maintenance for equipment, timely handling and solving equipment failures and practical problem to ensure the equipment in normal operation
2) Adjust and optimize equipment parameters according to production plan and process requirements to ensure stable operation and improve production efficiency
3) Coordinate with production to develop maintenance plan and overhaul plan for SMT equipment. Carry out daily maintenance and regular spot inspection according to the plan, to improve the reliability and stability of equipment
4) Familiar with SMT equipment operating methods, brake equipment operating procedures and instructions, train new employees, improve operating standards, master equipment operating skills and improve equipment efficiency and output
5) According to the equipment use and maintenance records, analyse the root cause of failures, study and troubleshooting the improvement measures of equipment failures, propose improvement plans and provide technical support for the performance and stability of equipment
6) Participate in the technical transformation and upgrading of SMT equipment, carry out the technical transformation and implementation plan according to the early formulation, constantly learn new processes and new equipment and put forward suggestion and measures for the company's intelligence and automation
Printer : DEK (Asymtek) Reflow: Rehm Job Requirements :- 1) Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics) etc with minimum of 2 years working experience in SMT environment. Diploma in Engineering with 6 years working in similar environment
2) Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language will be an added advantage
3) Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
4) Daily maintenance arrangement, preparation of safety operation rules of the motorized equipment
5) Knowledge of SMT machine (DEK printing, Panasonic NPM, reflow oven, selective wave solder and router)
6) Basic machine troubleshooting skill
7) Understanding on SMT process control, process configuration and SPC methods
