About the role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Executive, Officer, Assistant or Receptionist to join our team in Iskandar Puteri Johor. This full-time role will provide administrative support across our HR, Marketing, Admin and Operations functions, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing Providing general administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing schedules, arranging meetings and travel, and maintaining files and recordsAssisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing leave and attendance, and handling employee queriesSupporting the Marketing team with tasks like preparing presentations, updating the website, and coordinating eventsContributing to the overall operations of the business by performing a variety of administrative duties as requiredWhat we're looking for Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levelsProficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other standard office softwareA proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressureA team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceIf you are excited to join our team and contribute to our continued success, please apply now.
