Job Description
Daily Stock Count exercise - ALL branchesEnsure performance of daily cycle count by ALL branches as per stocktake calendar.
Ensure stock take guideline is adhered to for completeness and accuracy.
Stock take reconciliation are done accurately (only valid documents are accepted for reconciling).PPE verification - ALL Branches & support centreEnsure all tangible fixed assets in ALL branches and support centre are tagged for identification purpose.
Annual full PPE verification done for ALL branches and support centre.
Ensure damage / non-existence PPE are written off.PPE MovementsEnsure all PPE movements (acquisition, write-offs, disposals, transfers) are recorded correctly for month end closing purpose.AuditAttend to audit request with TAT of 2 working days.ReportingPreparation of supporting schedules for month end closing.
Assist in cost allocation for Branch P&L.
Assist in preparation of yearly tax computation.
Quarterly Management Assertion presentation to Board.
Assist in compilation of month commentary.Any other ad hoc assignments
Job Requirement
Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experiences.
Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
