Planning and organizing regional executives' meetings in SEA, coordinating travels and accommodations, sourcing suitable hotels/event venues.
Organizing general meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Be a regional liaison to the Corporate Communications in Weinheim.
Coordinate regional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate Company's records.
Keep and processing expenses and charge back timely in ConcurSolutions / invoices for the Company.
Attending phone/online calls professionally.
Coordinating and attending the needs of Company's guests/visitors.
Managing the Director's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Work with HR for onboardings for new hires.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in administrative support, executive assistance, marketing or human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability in other language is an added advantage (Mandarin/Cantonese/Thai/Vietnamese).
Able to work independently; proactive and self-direction.
Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and able to prioritize tasks in calm demeanor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
