PurposePlan, implement and monitor marketing and business operations by maintaining the operational excellence, strategizing & innovating for value creation and regulating the policies and governance to support business strategic and growth, sustaining the business and achieve market leadership.AccountabilitiesStrategy, Planning and PerformanceParticipate in strategy development and innovation by defining the desired value proposition and understanding stakeholders' requirements, market best practices and trending aligned with business aspiration that will improve business efficiency and growth.Monitor and evaluate performance via performance analysis, review and provide recommendations on gaps to maximize business efficiency.Operational ExcellenceCoordinate and implement operational excellence through formulation of integrated operational strategies, drive business improvement initiatives, innovation and value-adding approaches to support the business vision and objectives.Evaluate, design and implement operational excellence activities by reviewing and enhancing the system integration, documentations, communication channels in order to achieve high standard of Operational Excellence.Apply operational excellence through promoting best practices and lesson learnt across business to ensure optimum performance and sustainable growth to strengthen business position in the market.Partners, Stakeholders and Customer Relationship ManagementCoordinate the implementation of partnership ecosystem strategies by developing effective partnerships across industries with the main objective of expansion, sustainability and improvement of customer retention and growth whilst ensuring mutual business interests are met.Develop effective working relationships, rapport and strategic collaboration with partners and all relevant stakeholders for business sustainability and to secure business opportunities and achieve long term business objectives.Implement and monitor customer relationship management to strengthen customer relationship/ interface and retain customer loyalty.Policy, Governance & Risk ManagementApply and monitor governance in accordance with existing guideline and operating standards to ensure effective risk management and internal control while ensuring continuous alignment with PETRONAS and shareholders aspirations & expectations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
