Executive Customer Service

About You CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales ,Customer Service (B2C).
We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour.
Your Day-To-Day -Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME's CRM system and also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platform -Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME's used car business, product and service offerings.
-Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking -Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled -Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.
-Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction -Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.
