Executive - Customer Service Operations

Job Description Responsible for managing and administering the overall daily operations of the Service Centre under Manager's observation.Effectively handling and managing customer enquiries, complaints and issues promptly and professionally to retain customers while expanding the brand's reach and boosting customer loyalty.Prepare required reports including warranty and technical reports.Drive continuous growth in aftersales service revenue through effective strategy and team management.Manage service centre staff towards a high level of productivity, competency and commitment.Maintain optimal levels of service work in progress, ensuring smooth daily operations without delays or backlogs.Monitor and reduce back orders, ensuring timely resolution of all outstanding parts or service issues.Ensures SOP alignment to customer expectations and the Company's agreed standards of performance.Any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by the Manager. Job Requirements Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Automotive /Engineering /Customer Service /Management or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other dialects are added advantageAt least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.Required skills: Good organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, good customer service, and interpersonal skills. Good team player and problem-solving skills.Ability to look beyond the standard solution, make decisions and deal proactively with work-related problems.Positive attitude, pleasant personality.
