Bhd., Kuala LumpurStartdatum:..5Veröffentlichungsdatum:..4Stellennummer:MER3I8OArbeitszeit:Vollzeit BewerbenAufgabenObjective of JobSupport CRM Lead in the Customer Relations Management roleCustomer Order processing, including Manual order taking and processing, special parts ordering, order type management and order cancellationEstablishing good customer support with marketsEscalation to inter-department 1st level supportEscalation of Part number and pricing updates, and related customer queries to Inter-dept or central governance where necessaryEstablishing good customer support and relationship with marketsContinuous monitoring and implementation of Customer Satisfaction performance Job DescriptionCustomers Relation Management· Manage day-to-day operations and deputy duties of the CS team · Establishing a close relationship between customers and team members · Resolve any differences, escalations or customer complaints promptly and professionally Customers Order processing· Manage customers' orders processing.· Manage manual order taking and processing when required.· Support TRP and special requirement orders processing by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.· Support customer enquiries, special parts ordering and service charges.· Monitor customers order pattern and order type management.
· Manage order cancellation and coordinates order cancellations with customers.
· Support other stake stakeholders in order relevant customer queries.QualifikationenEducation: · Diploma in Business, Logistics or any discipline with strong customer oriented background· Customer Service Oriented Training· Microsoft Office Training Experience: · Min 3-5 years related working experience in Automotive Parts business, strong background in Customer Relationship Management or Supply Chain or Logistics Experience· Experience in the Spare parts consulting and/or as a spare parts specialist· Preferably with one foreign language skill is an advantage Specific knowledge:· SAP Knowledge - CRM, ECC, SCM · Star Order Plus· Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel· Good knowledge of parts business· Good working performance individually and as a team Soft skills:· Strong interpersonal skills and good team player, especially good sense of intercultural communication in an international work environment· Excellent communication skills· Interpersonal SkillsBenefitsMit­arbeiter EventsMit­arbeiter­rabatte möglichGesund­heits­maß­nahmenMit­arbeiter­handy möglich We need your consent to load the Youtube service!We use a third party service to embed video content that may collect data about your activity.
