Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
Sales Collaboration:Partner with sales affiliates to drive product promotion and execute the sales plan.
Key Account Management:Oversee and service major customer accounts, ensuring high sales performance in target markets.
Opportunity Exploration:Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic sales approaches.
Product Coordination:Work with Product Marketing and customers to manage new product requisitions.
Market Insight:Analyze market trends to expand existing markets and uncover new opportunities.
Pricing Strategy:Set competitive product pricing to achieve business targets.
Customer Response:Provide prompt and accurate quotations and pricing analyses to customers.
Business Analysis:Evaluate business challenges and offer insights to enhance performance.
Order Management:Ensure accurate, timely updates to customers on order status and follow-up actions.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background:Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics), Business Studies, or equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
Communication Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
