Executive, Environment, Safety & Health (HSE)Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or HSE field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in HSE areas.

They use a variety of methods to influence change and assist people in managing risks at work, including providing advice, guidance, and information; engaging and influencing workplaces to raise awareness.
Training:
OSH Safety Training, NIOSH.
Job Scope:
Working closely with other company executives and the Management team to achieve common objectives as stipulated in the Business Plan.
Meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing clients' relationships.
Monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Ensuring that safety, health, and environmental processes are adhered to by all dealers, company employees, and transporters.
Assessing risks, implementing action plans, and performing HSE audits.
Developing safety procedures, rules, and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines in all workplaces.
Reviewing existing HSE policies and measures and updating them according to legislation.
Directing, planning, and monitoring safety training and programs.
Planning and preparing safety budgets.
Managing virtual or physical meetings with related parties, especially regarding HSE matters.
Stopping any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
Recording and investigating incidents and accidents (by filling HSE Forms) to determine causes and report to management for further actions.
