Senior Executive/Executive for Examination, Quality Assurance and Documentation Main Purpose: To assist the Registrar and execute the planning, organizing, directing and controlling functions of the Examination and Quality Assurance Unit, Documentation of Academic Accreditation application and other functions of administrative tasks of Registry Unit in Penang International Dental College by performing the following duties;
Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire examination process, logistics management of examination process, communication, supervision /monitoring, student support, post-exam procedure, data management of student's examination records, policy compliance and continuous improvement including scheduling, invigilation, and administration for college courses.Ensure all examination papers and related materials are prepared, distributed, and collected securely and efficiently.Collaborate with faculty members to ensure timely and accurate processing of examination results and grade submissions.Maintain and manage accurate records of student performance, including exam results and assessments.Participate in reviews and evaluations of the exam process to identify areas for enhancement.Implement best practices for exam administration and integrity.Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and administrative staff regarding exam-related inquiries. Communicate exam guidelines and procedures to students.Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations related to examinations. Stay updated on educational laws and regulations that impact exam administration.Assist in preparing for academic audits, ensuring all documentation and processes comply with MQA and other accreditation body requirements. E.g., MYQUEST, ISO 9001:2015Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity, fairness, and transparency of the examination system.Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits, including ISO certification and other relevant standards.Monitor the quality and effectiveness of exam processes and make recommendations for improvement.Liaise with external examiners, accreditation bodies, and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with academic standards.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in examination management, quality assurance, or academic documentation in a college or university setting.Familiarity with MQA accreditation processes and ISO standards.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with various departments.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
