Job Duties & Responsibilities: Undertake and supervise day-to-day finance and accounting matters at the farm.Prepare monthly management and KPI reports and quarterly reports as required by management. Assist management in decision-making by highlighting critical areas.Verification of company's payments.Prepare annual budget and quarterly actual vs budget result analysis.Monitor and review the cash flow position of the company.Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits, tax agents during tax submission, and tax authorities during tax audits.Liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters.In charge of all corporate tax-related matters of the company compliance submission, tax estimations & payments.In charge and maintaining the accounting software of the company updates, and other related matters.Any other duties as deemed necessary.  Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in /Business Studies/ Administration/ Human Resources Management, or equivalent.At least 1 year of proven experience as an Admin / HR Generalist, or similar role.Proficiency in accounting software, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills.Required replying to inquiries in Mandarin (??) as we are dealing with customer/supplier from China.Candidate must be willing to work at Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang.
