We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper /Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. 
Job Title  :  Executive Housekeeper /Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Location  :  Genting Highlands
Report to : Residence Manager
Benefit  :  Meal allowance and accommodation provided
Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure all areas of the room are clean and well-maintained. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistent high-quality standards. Supervise, train and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service delivery. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests and manage housekeeping-related issues. Oversee inventory, ordering and proper usage of cleaning supplies, equipment and linens. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.  Requirements: Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.High attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in housekeeping management software and familiar with cleaning equipment and products.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications:  Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.Knowledge of housekeeping standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in cleaning.
