Position: Marketing Executive/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
to enhance online presence.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.Brand Management:Maintain and enhance the brand image of Nsty F&B Lomak Salai across all channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging in all marketing materials and communications.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing marketing content.Product Promotion:Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, events, and partnerships.
Collaborate with local influencers and bloggers to promote our products.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify new market opportunities.
Gather and analyze competitor data to stay ahead in the market.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all campaigns are cost-efficient.
Track expenses and ROI of marketing activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.Customer Engagement:Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with our audience.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other platforms.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
Preferred:
Experience in managing marketing campaigns for F&B products.
