Executive – Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE)
Job Role & Purpose
TheExecutive – MICEat Holiday Tours is responsible for ensuring service to clients adheres to Holiday Tours procedures, client service level agreements, and policy.
Job Responsibilities
Support Sales to manage and prepare all aspects of travel operations including proposal, reservation, ticketing, travel coordination, and customer support.
Assist in organizing and controlling project activities to ensure workflow is on track and within budget.
Assist sales with flight booking for Group or FIT/reservation, hotel booking, preparation of costing and proposals, and other ground arrangements for corporate clients.
Issue and monitor invoicing, collect outstanding debts, and prepare refund requisitions for customers.
Assist project members with coordination of resources, equipment, and information.
Schedule tour guiding assignments.
Liaise with vendors and monitor adherence to service level standards.
Report on project progress.
Manage project-related paperwork ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Lead tours both overseas and locally.
Safeguard and not disclose customer (personal and organization) details and company confidential information.
Assist in Trade shows/Consumer shows when necessary (i.e., MAS Travel fair, MATTA, etc.).
Ensure billing and collection for outstanding invoices, with no credit given to customers, friends, or travel agents unless authorized (written) by Head of Department.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform any other duties at the discretion of the company.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to upholding company values.

Strong understanding and knowledge of customer travel, airlines, and company products.
Customer experience-driven individual.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and results-oriented in achieving KPIs and SLAs.

Good command of MS Office, Sabre, Powersuite, and online bookings.
