Executive, Ops Planning

Manage On-Time-Performance (OTP) and future flights data and lead Flight Deployment Working Committee (FDWC) and Operational Review Meeting (ORM) sessions with analytical insights.
Support Chief Pilot, OCC, and Senior Manager, Ops Planning on strategic plans in a cross-functional manner across all operating departments to manage On-time-Performance.
Key AccountabilityAccountable for statistical analysis of operational data for operational improvements and OCC Ops Planning management reports and Flight Monitor System requirements.
Responsible for maintaining, updating, and storing all delay codes, data, attributes, and all parameters - MH and FY captured from FMCS, Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Accountable for updating all flight movement data, especially on delay reasons and codes, accurately in FMCS system, daily reports such as Daily Preliminary OTP Review and OTP statistics, and maintaining constant engagement with respective departments on all operating matters ensuring data accuracy.
Manage FDWC and ORM and link with OCC Analytics and Business Intelligence to provide analytical insights on operational performance.
Support Senior Manager, Operations Planning in operational and administrative duties including regular engagement with external parties, staff rostering matters, and projects as required.
In BCP Scenario, dispatch all relevant/important documents from Ops Control Centre to be delivered to crew ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
Qualifications & Working ExperienceDegree in any related field preferably in Operations with 0-2 years of working experience in any industry.
Diploma in Finance, Engineering, IT, or any related fields with 2 years of working experience in Operations or Statistics.
Skills & KnowledgeWide knowledge in Operations departments in Airline/Airport/Station Management/Terminal Centre Operations is an advantage.
Good decision-making, resourceful, and possess analytical skills with good time management and stress management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
Certification in Excel and Power BI is an advantage.
Must have a valid Malaysia driving license.
Ability to communicate with various operational areas.
Determining correct data and ensuring integrity of data.
Able to tailor data analysis to operational needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
