DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor cleaning projects, especially ad-hoc requests for cleaning services from customers.
Supervise cleaning staff at assigned work locations through regular site visitations, including allocation of workloads, monitoring progress and performance, and determining work priorities, while paying attention to productivity and quality control.
Control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials and equipment for assigned projects.
Maintain necessary maintenance and servicing records/forms of cleaning equipment in accordance with set procedures.
Carry out stock checks and replenishment of equipment and materials as required.
Arrange and conduct the induction and on-the-job (OJT) training of cleaning staff in accordance with relevant health and safety practices.
Undertake recruitment of cleaning staff on a project basis in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
Prepare monthly reports and work schedules in a timely manner.
Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and administer all required paperwork for each project.
Perform heavy cleaning tasks if required, which may involve working outside normal working hours.
Create a full set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations as needed.
Ensure zero accidents/incidents at the workplace by promoting and maintaining high safety standards and practices among cleaning staff.
Implement, maintain, and comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures, and relevant requirements ofISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Travel to outstation or overseas for project assignments as required.
Perform any other relevant duties of the Company as required.
This position requires shift work (Day shift & Night Shift - Rotation basis).
Knowledge in handling cleaning equipment, machines, and chemicals is essential.
