Job Description



-Oversee materials produced by Public Relations agency to ensure accuracy


-Develop creative, engaging and innovative content for social media platforms, the mall's website and also weekly Electronic Direct Mail


-Monitor activity on social media platforms and actively participate in dialogues or reply enquiries whenever necessary


-Plan, execute and manage social media contests in conjunction with events organized by the mall


-Monitor the media for articles related to the mall


-Generate and prepare monthly analysis reports

-Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communications / Journalism or related field


-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in a retail environment


-Strong written and verbal communication skills


-Demonstrate poise under pressure and work efficiently at all levels


-Resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail


-Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail


-Able to adapt to changes in the work environment and in managing competing demands
