This person will be responsible to perform Generalist duties in the following areas: Human Resource compliance, office administration, Local and Foreign workers' management, Payroll administration, employee benefit, Training and Development, managing Company associates, continuous improvement and ensure the General Affairs (GA) department's operation runs smoothly and effectively.
Act as a window person between Management, employees and Company associates.Execute and handle Human Resource processes such as offer letter, confirmation, resignation, Training bonds, etc.Monthly Payroll preparer.In charge of Leave and Attendance system vendor management, to ensure the systems function accordingly for all users.Manage full cycle of Training & Development activity.Control benefit processes such as insurance enrollment, monthly updates and process employees' claim.Reinforce Company policies, rules, procedures and SOPs where applicable, to ensure compliance.Attend to inquiries relevant to GA process and SOPs from employees and others.Actively involved in maintaining personnel record, filing of General Affairs documents and office administration.Manage vendors and subcontractor's agreements renewal.Manage sub-contractors' issues including Local and Foreign worker, canteen, security, transporter, etc. Participate in meeting where necessary with regards to the Company policy, law requirements and its compliance.Monitor and audit monthly document submission from Manpower subcontractors.In charge of Foreign Worker briefing, disciplinary, permit renewal, passport, banking, resignation, hostel, etc. Foreign Worker and Expatriate management experience will be an added advantage, if any.To keep making improvement and propose solutions for departmental challenge.Coordinate Company's annual event.Other General Affairs duties and functions assigned by superior.Requirements: Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/ Human Resources Development or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.Between 3 to 8 Year(s) of working experience as a Generalist (Executive/Senior Executive) in manufacturing is a must, with atleast 2 years handling Payroll.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Can work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.Demonstrable leadership abilities and a confident person.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey points wherever necessary and to negotiate with Management.Willing to take up new challenges and the responsibility that comes with it. Actively make improvement in existing functions and processes in the department with guidance of Superior.Possess conflict resolution skills to both initiate and mediate workplace conflicts.Quick learner, detail oriented, committed, proactive, maintain high degree of confidentiality and able to complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.Able to work longer than normal hours (if required), for urgent and important datelines and assignments.Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian Labour, Immigration and its related laws.
