ResponsibilitiesProcess bookings, trade confirmation, dividend, and monthly commission reporting.
Prepare monthly units reconciliation.
Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) as part of the on-boarding process.
Perform with accuracy and ensure completeness of End-of-Day (EOD) in accordance with the checklist.
Job RequirementsPossess Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies or any equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of related working experience in fund management services or any relevant functions.
Dedicated, self-motivated, and able to work in a team.
Well organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
