Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage Export Operations: Oversee the entire export process, from product sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations.
2. Develop and Implement Export Strategies: Create strategies to increase international sales, identify new markets, and manage trade partnerships.
3. Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and freight companies.
4. Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export documentation.
5. Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with production, finance, and sales teams to align export operations with business goals.
Skills:
1. Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and manage international client relationships effectively.
2. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capable of analyzing market trends, developing strategies, and solving logistical challenges.
3. Attention to Detail: Ensures all documents and processes comply with regulations to avoid delays or penalties.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in export management, international sales, or a related role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of Export Regulations: Familiarity with export laws, shipping procedures, and customs documentation.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and additional languages relevant to your key markets could be advantageous.
