Answer the telephone, book reservations, and move tables together to accommodate large parties.
Supervise and support service crew to ensure efficient and polite customer service.
Oversee food preparation to meet quality and specification standards.
Ensure dining areas, kitchen, and equipment are clean and meet hygiene regulations.
Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote hotel signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements in service.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and accommodate large parties efficiently.
Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
