About the Job
Provide technical consulting for mechanical operations of the local turbomachinery fleet, both internally and externally.
Support sales teams with technical discussions and solutions for regional turbomachinery fleets, including those from other OEMs.
Participate in customer visits with sales managers to identify and develop opportunities for products like maintenance, spare parts, repairs, service contracts, and field service.
Develop opportunities for third-party machine business in collaboration with Sales Managers and in alignment with Omnicare's strategies.
Share technical knowledge and expertise with other regions and product centers.
Assist field service personnel in resolving technical problems.
Conduct technical analyses, prepare reports, and document findings.
Propose and assess the feasibility of offerings tailored to customer needs.
Align with Sales, Engineering, Field Service, and Workshop teams to develop repair concepts and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the turbomachinery sector.
Detailed understanding of technical and commercial aspects of the business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and contract design skills, with knowledge of legal implications and project management.
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Established network and familiarity with the local market and the client's ecosystem.
