Responsibilities:
Independently carry out the technical, administrative and commercial planning and scheduling of new installations, maintenance and service activities on Turbo machinery equipment for Field Service personnel.
Calculate and issue quotations for Service, troubleshooting, new installation and commissioning.
Draw up the specifications for any needed site subcontractors for installation/commissioning personnel.
Evaluate subcontractors' quotation and select qualified subcontractors for Field Service work all in collusion with the Field Service pool.
Coordinate & communicate among all parties involved in the field service activities.
Arrange and lead the kick-off/pre-installation meeting as well as follow up site inspections.
Arrange, review and compile all the necessary documentation and work instructions for the Field Service staff to complete planned activities safely, including Risk Assessments and HSE assessments.
Arrange with Global Organization Pools for Field Service staff exchange.
Arrange for the necessary consumables, tooling, lifting and other needed equipment.
Arrange and perform the briefing and the de-briefing meetings with the delegated Field Service personnel.
Provide technical & administrative support to the Field Service personnel during their site assignments.
Ensure that all work done in the field is clearly reported and documented.
Conduct cost control and financial completion for each Field Service project.
Complete Field Service Quality documentation as required by the quality systems.
Regularly report in writing to the management of all activities, commercial, technical and personnel issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
At least 5 years practical experience on rotating equipment (steam turbines, turbo compressors, and expanders).
Knowledge of local technical standards and directives.
Familiarity & knowledge of turbomachinery.
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer orientation.
Strong networker, engaging, well introduced.

Ability to uphold the highest technical standards.
Organization and improvisation skills.
Cost and result oriented, with high physical and mental strength.
Good reporting skills.
