Job Role Description
The Region Trainer is responsible for providing full training support such as product training and soft skill training to the region Retail Supervisors, Promoters, and dealers' staff.
He/she acquires all relevant training knowledge and needs from the country training manager, prepares training material, coordinates all region training plans, and carries out training execution according to the country training manager's planning.
Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.
Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks
Deliver Training ExcellencePlan training schedules and coordinate participants, internal or external parties (dealers) to attain the training.
Prepare all training materials and test questions.
Prepare training venue and ensure all training equipment is in working condition.
Prepare training programs that cover knowledge gaps.
Demonstrate training vision.
Manage a diverse training environment.
Coach for service and sales performance.
Upload training material and training deliverables in RMS system.
Evaluate training effectiveness through trainees' knowledge retention (Test).Managing Training DiversityBuilding a High-Performance Team.
Conduct Sales Technique and Product Training.
Cultivate sales and service performance.
Conduct all stand-up training and online training in accordance with training manual, requirement, and specification.
Participate and conduct sales rallies event.
Developing and Engaging Team for Workplace Success.Engage in Innovation and Productivity InitiativesLead and motivate the team to contribute to productivity improvement and innovation.
Coach productivity and innovation initiatives.
Attend to dealers and partners' queries related to product knowledge.
