Finance & Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities To Support the Director in managing all accounting, tax, and financial reportingTo manage day-to-day financial and accounting operationsTo prepare monthly management reports and financial resultsTo be responsible for budgetary controls, review forecasts and projectionsTo be responsible for financial reporting, audit, and tax submissionTo ensure monthly financial review and reporting within the datelineTo coordinate with banks on daily banking matters; preparation of cash flow forecast and maintenance of bank balancesTo supervise and provide support to Finance and Accounting team membersTo establish good working relationships with subordinates, inter-departments colleagues, Management, and relevant outsidersEnsuring effective credit control, cash flow management, financing, and streamlined loan application processes for housing development.Having a good relationship and connection with the bank will be advantageousAny other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
