JOB HIGHLIGHTS Outstanding Career Growth & Development OpportunitiesTransportation AllowanceExcellent Benefits - Medical, Dental, Optical, Insurance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To handle full set of accounts, including billing, payment processing and month end closingTo understand, manage, forecast, supervise and forecast all aspects of cash flowTo assist in the timely preparation and review of consolidated financial statementsTo prepare accurate and up-to-date management accounts for management review, analysis and evaluationTo compile and maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documents in accordance to the Group Policies & Procedures and Statutory RequirementTo liaise with third party such as suppliers, customers, legal advisor, external auditors and tax agentsTo perform any other ad-hoc assignment given by immediate superiorTo handle confidential matters and correspondencesTo prepare meeting minutesTo maintain accurate & up to date filing system for ease of access and retrievalTo monitor and ensure all secretarial & legal documents are properly kept and updatedTo prepare documentations/ forms for certification by Company SecretaryTo arrange for signatures on resolutions/ documents (including follow-up and filing of the same)To liaise with other departments, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant authorities as and when required

 OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Perform or assist for any ad hoc assignments as required by Management
 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years working experience in the related field possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/AccountancyAble to work independently Dedicated, meticulous and deadline driven
