Finance Executive - Regional Operational TreasuryYour role at the one-stop service will require you to:
Weekly Cash Balance Reporting
- Compile and analyze cash position data from various banking platforms.
- Identify trends in cash usage and provide actionable insights to optimize cash management.
Cashflow Rolling Forecasting
- Develop and maintain a rolling cash flow forecast to project future cash positions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather forecasting data.
Foreign Exchange Management
- Monitor daily SGD/USD, MYR/SGD, and MYR/USD exchange rates to assess currency exposure.
- Execute FOREX deals as necessary to hedge currency risks, following company policies.
Loan and Fixed Deposit Management
- Coordinate monthly loan drawdowns and manage fixed deposit rollovers, ensuring terms compliance.
Banking Facilities and Compliance
- Maintain an organized record of all banking facilities, including tracking loan and Banker's Guarantee tenures.
- Ensure timely renewal of banking facilities to avoid service interruptions.
- Liaise with site finance and group finance to verify that current facilities are adequate to meet business demands.
Banking and Payment Operations
- Update bank mandates to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
- Prepare and authorize payment instructions, overseeing accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Manage daily treasury activities, ensuring sufficient liquidity and compliance with internal controls.
Credit Card Management
- Oversee company credit card accounts and manage credit limits to meet operational needs.
Cash Policies Administration
- Administer and update the company's cash management policies, ensuring alignment with current operational requirements and regulatory standards.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position will:
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in treasury operations, forex management, and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SAP S4/Hana, SAP ECC and Microsoft Office.
- Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good communication skills; requires communicating with different parties (internal & external).
