Job Description Prepare consolidated financial statements for quarterly announcement and financial statutory reporting in compliance with Bursa Listing Requirements, MFRS & Companies Act 2016 Compile and prepare quarterly report and Board paper for Audit Committee and Board of Directors' meeting Assist the preparation of Annual Report Liaising with auditors, bankers, solicitors, company secretary and tax agents about finance, accounts, secretarial and tax matters Review of routine management information including financial accounts and budget.
Manage group cash flow Managing accounting information system Managing the Group Treasury Function with superior.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements Professional Qualification in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in Construction, Property Development division or Audit Resourceful and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
