Over the past 10 years, our R&D team have successfully invented world patented aerosol systems such as 2K dual and single headed two components aerosol systems to offer the top-quality spray results that are as good as those using a spray gun compressor system from a workshop. Patented in over 36 countries worldwide, this breakthrough technology allows two chemicals stored within a can and only be mixed upon activation as and when needed for the best paint performance.

Being a company listed in Singapore Exchange and headquartered in Malaysia, Samurai has made its presence in most Southeast Asia countries including Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Singapore. Our international footprint has been expanded further to India, United Kingdom and United States of America in 2020. " Benefits : 1. Regular working Hours, Monday to Friday.
2. Monthly Petrol Claims Allowable (T&C Applied).

Areas of Responsibilities: 1. Manage and direct all aspects of financial operations for the Company, providing business decision support, financial planning and analysis, and implement strategic planning and improvement processes.
2. Contribute to discussions on implementation of Finance strategy on a group/regional basis and implement objectives, as appropriate.
3. Ensure compliance with established financial processes, and local compliance requirements, statutory government reporting, procedures and controls, financial reporting and review of revenue, expenditures, asset management, tax, management reporting and administration.
4. Advise operational leaders on financial, strategic, organizational, and business issues for both short- and long-term growth strategies.
5. Assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems, policies, and procedures to provide structure and discipline for sustained business growth.
6. Oversee financial planning & business performance analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment & risk management activities.
7. Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
8. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Lead the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans.
10. Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and the adherence to corporate reporting timetables.
11. Manage & liaise with external parties, including auditor, tax agent and bankers.
Qualification: 1. Minimum Degree in Accountancy or Finance or Professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CFA or equivalent.
2. More than 10 years of working experience in finance and accounting with proven leadership skills in managerial positions.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
4. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial software.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to handle financial audits and assessments.
