Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Responsibilities: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Monitor production costs, variances, and operational expenses to ensure efficiency.Evaluate and optimize pricing strategies and cost structures.Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable functions.Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and control.Track and report on fixed assets and capital expenditures.Manage and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
