Detailed Description:
• Work with Project Manager on project accounting & forecast analysis
• Acts as a key financial advisor on cross-functional team initiatives
• Fixed asset management per local GAAP and Corp policy
• Manages the financial statements, audit, compliance and external reporting processes.
• Manages local tax, tax incentive and compliance
• Manages balance sheet forecast, cash flow forecast and treasury related activities
• Manages intercompany activities such as billing and IFRS15
• Manages governance reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
• Manages month-end closing activities
• Acts as a liaison to federal, state, insurance, banking and other external auditor
• Develops and implements business controls and procedures to minimize or comply with audit recommendations, and is responsible for finance the results
• Provides guidance to management on accounting policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and objectives
• Ensures that non finance functions are behaving within mentioned policies
• Drives the escalation path cross Functions and Sites
• Other on-site supports
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial management
• Strong financial analytical skill
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
• Ability to communicate/present effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete duties while working with a large volume of detailed information under tight time deadlines, and present to management in term of comprehensive summary
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Ability to manage a legal entity in accounting independently
Typical Experience:
• Above 4 years FP&A experience in manufacturing or R&D
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional certificate or MIA certification preferred
• Solid knowledge in MFRS, IFRS, US GAAP
• Proficient in office Excel, & PBI skill preferred
