? Well Established Marine Civil Engineering Company ? Salary: Basic RM10000 - RM13000 (Depend on EXP) + AWS + VB ? Working hours: 5.5 Alternative Sat / 8.30am - 6.00pm  ? Working location: Work From Home Mode  ?Must have construction and Chinese healthcare / life science experiences  ?Hands-on experience in managing finance operation and ERP system procedures. Job Scope: Perform full set of accounts and ensure in compliance with respective accounting standards.Responsible for financial and management reporting.Ensure compliance with internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedure.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate submission of tax returns, where applicable, with an external consultant.Oversee and manage the Finance Team to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of financial operations.Develop budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis to support planning and resource allocation.Examine financial data by conducting comprehensive analysis of financial statement, cashflow status, and project performance, etc.Strategic partner with top management and HODs to align financial goals with company objectives.Assist in Ad-hoc requirements from Senior Management in Malaysia Requirement: Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalentIn-depth understanding of accounting standard (SFRS), project accounting and familiarity with financial and management reporting.Hands-on experience in managing finance operation and ERP system procedures.
