Financial Operations Coordinator (BATU KAWAN/RM6000-RM8000)We are hiring for a leading company in semiconductor processing equipment manufacturing. New opening position for detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating purchase requisitions, managing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, as well as analyzing financial performance. This role requires a qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) with prior experience in a similar capacity. The successful candidate will also manage and track contracts and services in accordance with company policies.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Purchase Requisition and Order Management:Create and track purchase requisitions.
Follow up to ensure timely creation of purchase orders (PO) and invoices.Contract and Services Management:Manage and track contracts and services in compliance with company policies.
Ensure all contracts are reviewed and approved according to company standards.
Maintain accurate records of contract terms, renewals, and expirations.Budgeting, Forecasting, and Long-term Planning:Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of budgets.
Develop financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for financial planning.Compliance and Policy Adherence:Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support internal and external audits as required.Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
Experience managing contracts and services in a corporate environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
