Responsibilities:
Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrances.
Recommend the ideal fragrance to customers according to their individual preferences through knowledge sharing.
Maintain good relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.
Basic housekeeping of the work area.
Assist in retail operations, e.g., stock take.
May be required to be involved in new fragrance launches and related events.
Knowledge & Skills:
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and be a team player.
Pleasant disposition & well-groomed.
Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Retail sales target achievement.
Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profiles.
Ensure inventory management for individual counters.
Ensure excellent customer service is given to customers (e.g., product knowledge).
Education & Experience:
Minimum Secondary educational level.
Experience in beauty products/fragrance sales will be an advantage.
Excellent customer service and sales-oriented.
