Attracts customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services or referring them to the relevant person-in-charge to follow up.
Assists customers with butler service.
Handles, records, and analyzes customer complaints.
Handles check-in & check-out jobs.
Assists in managing the cleaner.
Responsible for overall general office administrative duties including data entry and filing.
Updates customer data, property status, and daily system operations.
Handles monthly expenses listing.
Monitors daily communications and answers any queries.
Ensures payments, amounts, and records are correct.
Processes expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Liaises with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
Updates and maintains procedural documentation.
Performs any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Be the first-tier support team to answer customer inquiries & handle complaints via email, calls, social media & WhatsApp.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
