Job Responsibilities:To deliver exceptional guest service according to hotel standards at all times.
To maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering good working relationships.
To frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out.
To provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
To register hotel's guests in accordance with Front Office policies and procedures.
To be familiar with the hotel's products, services and policies.
To supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
To train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
To work closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of the hotel guests.
To support and embrace the spirit of "Teamwork".
To be familiar with the Front Office computer system.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant personality, friendly attitude, and a well-groomed appearance.
Enjoy providing top-tier services to customers.
Must be punctual, responsible and have a pleasant personality.
Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
The shifts are as follows:Morning: 7.00 am - 3.00 pm
Afternoon: 3.00 pm - 11.00 pm
