You will be one of the first members of staff that a guest will meet; you set the example for the rest of the hotel's services.
Politeness, courtesy, and professionalism must be shown at all times.
You must be able to reply to any guest questions in a practical and straightforward manner.
Responsibilities:To report punctually wearing the correct hotel uniform and name tag at all times.
To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
To be constantly aware of the room situation and to strive to obtain maximum occupancy.
To maintain an atmosphere of tranquility at the Front Desk.
To attend to all guests who approach the Front Desk immediately, cordially, and with a smile.
To assist hotel guests in the procedures of registering, enquiries, key handling, messages, and all related matters.
To register the guests promptly, ensuring that they are provided with all necessary information.
To enter all guests' folios into the computer immediately and accurately.
To answer the telephone promptly and clearly, ensuring a courteous and friendly manner.
To take room reservations effectively, efficiently, and as laid down in the reservation operations manual.#J-18808-Ljbffr
