As a Barista/Waiter at Mokky's Pizza and Coffee, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and Serving Guests:Provide exceptional service by welcoming customers, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with a smile.
Coffee and Beverage Preparation:Craft high-quality coffee and beverages according to our recipes and customer preferences.
Maintaining a Clean Environment:Keep the dining area and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
Handling Payments:Accurately manage transactions using our POS system.
Customer Interaction:Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Passion for coffee and customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
