Description Acting as a trusted advisor and driving all HR-related activities for the function on a global level.Drive successfully key HR processes related to Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement and Performance. Management in close cooperation with Centers of Excellence, Country HR and HRBPs of other functions/business units.Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.Optimizes organizational effectiveness through the application of HR processes such as organizational design and strategic planning.Leverages his or her specialized domain expertise and experience to deliver innovative customer solutions with impact on the business.Facilitate conflict resolution and management of any employee matters/processes in accordance with applicable law across the region.Requirement Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.Appr 10-15 years of experience in human resources or related work field.Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and principles and applicable labor, pay, and benefits laws and regulations across various countries.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation as a base to build up trustful relationships with stakeholders.Experienced in managing (global) change processes and M&A activities.Self-starter and problem solver with business and strategic acumen and organizational diagnostics; analytical and execution skills; and excellent team.Intercultural skills, experience with work in an international environment.Strong lateral leadership competency to partner up with different HR organizations in implementing measures and processes on a high-quality level.Openness to work in a virtual team where team members are located at different sites around the globe.Proficient in English, good presentation skills and written/verbal communication.
