• Safely and punctually chauffeur the GM to business meetings, appointments, and events.
• Plan routes, ensuring the most efficient travel paths to avoid traffic and delays.
• Ensure the GM's vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
• Run personal and business errands using the company vehicle or personal car as needed.
3. Administrative Management:
• Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding on behalf of the GM when appropriate.
• Handle correspondence, including drafting and editing emails, letters, and reports.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and events.
• Manage filing systems and ensure important documents are organized.
4. Travel and Event Coordination:
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
• Organize company events, business lunches, and dinners.
5. Project Management:
• Assist with special projects, research, and preparation of presentations and reports.
• Coordinate with teams across the GM's businesses to ensure smooth operations.
• Track progress on key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
6. Personal Tasks:
• Handle personal errands, appointments, and household tasks.
• Ensure a balance between personal and business needs while respecting the GM's preferences and privacy.
7. Financial & Budgeting Support:
• Assist with tracking expenses and budgets for personal and business-related finances.
• Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
8. Relationship Management:
• Maintain professional relationships with key contacts, business partners, clients, and vendors.
• Represent the GM in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with others.
