Visual Communication skills is key. Work closely with the brand team in keeping and developing brand visual standards. Work closely with digital team and sales team in developing collaterals. Visual communication skills are highly required, while being able think creatively in marrying different brand elements with collaborative projects with external brands.
-Brand Visual Expression: Maintain brand visual DNA, and creativity in visual expression across website, social media, digital assets, in-store assets and events. Work closely with marketing team in developing wholesome social media content.
-Collaboration: Work with partner brands, and brand manager in conceptualising product and communication strategy and collaterals.
-Partner Visual Guide: Work with distributor marketing team to adapt brand assets with local expressions.
-Product Launch/Marketing Campaign: Co-plan and execute product launch and marketing campaign across digital ads, social media, print, in-store and events. Manage timelines. Make annual assessments the visual performance with digital team and take corrective actions if necessary. Work ahead in accordance to campaign calendar.
-Sales Campaign: Work with brand managers and trade team to create assets and promotional materials in alignment to the objective of the sales campaign. Work ahead in accordance to campaign calendar.
-Visual Merchandising: Work with brand managers and trade team to create effective in-store displays and promotional materials in alignment to the brand DNA.

-University degree required in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
-At least 2 years of graphic design experience
-Interest/experience in collaboration based creative is appreciated
-Strong analytical skills
-Excellent eye for detail
-Advanced communication and interpersonal skills. Team player.
-Exposure to digital marketing is an added advantage.
-Fluent English communication skills (required)
