Let's look at your roles
-Ideate and conceptualise and execute design solutions for websites and landing pages in a timely manner.
-Conceptualise and design promotional digital marketing campaign relevant assets.
-Collaborate and brainstorm with team members and/or clients to discuss the needs of the site or project and to create a plan of what's required. This involves idea and strategy as well as a good understanding of the clients' business objectives.
-To ensure best practise based on industries and improvise the Landing Blueprint from time to time to ensure it's up-to-trend and meet the campaign objectives.
-Ensure task delivered within the estimated timeline within the team.
-Able to conduct a presentation in every extend of design work (self or on behalf) in front of client.
-To perform daily task completion or status record.
-Responsible to work together, plan and provide guidance toward junior executives.
-To support the department in any other ad-hoc related duties.

; Requirements:- Some of the good stuff
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Multimedia Technology, Graphic / Web Design or equivalent.
-Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Technology, Graphic / Web Design or any other related field or Diploma with 3 to 4 years' experience in relevant job title.
-Experience as a Website Designer with a Digital Agency or similar fields.
Solid hands-on skills(s) on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS
-Knowledge in WordPress, CMS, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap is an added advantage.
-Strategize and planning skills in Landing Page and Banner design.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong design presentation skills.
-Works well in a team as well as individually.
-Good organizational skills and time management.
-Able to think analytically and to resolve issues.
-Possesses a creative mind set and passion for digital marketing.
-Meticulous and pays attention to details.
-Takes initiatives to learn and to complete the tasks assigned.
-Protects the organization's values by keeping information confidential.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
