The Guest Services Officer is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant Reservations Centre (RRC) department.
QualificationsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply, ideally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year working experience in service industries or hotel operations.
Desirably skilled in customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills.
