Customer Engagement:Provide exceptional service to visitors by assisting them with park activities, answering questions, and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Safety and Supervision:Monitor activities and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for guests of all ages.
Operational Support:Assist in the daily operations, including ticketing, equipment management, and activity facilitation.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with colleagues to organize events, group bookings, and special promotions.
Park Maintenance:Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Problem-Solving:Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation is an advantage.
