Consistently maintain service delivery quality for all post disbursement services and all customer requests to both internal and external customers as per Service Level Agreement
Continually seek improvements to reduce operating cost and shorter processing time and customer waiting time
Ensure security documents are kept appropriately and comply with all regulatory guidelines
Manage outsourcing party according to regulatory guidelines and conduct yearly review of vendor's performance
Actively looking for opportunities to drive automation/straight-through processing
Ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks applicable for the operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
