Manage a team of Field Service Leads and Engineers in Malaysia.
Lead, plan, implement, guide and oversee Field Service Operations to ensure efficient service to end users.
Ensure SLA targets are met every month.
ResponsibilitiesField Service Operations:Manage Regional Field Service Leads nationwide.
Manage tickets assigned to Field Services nationwide.
Manage Projects and Service Requests assigned to Field Services nationwide.
Manage staff and vendors.
Hands-and-legs for Network, Wintel, and IT Security.
Asset Tracking:IT Assets at Branches are updated in Asset Register.
Disposed assets are GDISK.
Billing accuracy and provide monthly IMAC listing.
Job RequirementsDegree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
Experience in a large organization with a large number of business transactions.
Core competencies for managing a large team.
Managing service providers.
Understanding of Field Service Operations on a large scale.
Must possess strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage a large team of staff.
Customer-focused both internally and externally.
Ability to work after office hours and weekends/holidays.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
Have own transport and willing to travel.
